Daniel Benjamin Midgett, 78, of Manns Harbor, died July 8, 2023 at home. A native of Manns Harbor, he was born February 20, 1945. Ben was a veteran of the United States Army.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on July 13 at Harbor Light Church in Manns Harbor with private burial to take place in Mt. Carmel Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Harbor Light Church (PO Box 179, Manns Harbor, NC 27953).
