Murray Eugene Bridges, 89, of Kill Devil Hills, died August 22, 2023. He was born December 17, 1933 in Wanchese. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on August 27 in Hilltop Cemetery. A viewing and visitation will be held Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Twiford Funeral Homes in Manteo.
