Timmy Edward Reber of Engelhard is proposing to set one pound net in Hyde County at Long Shoal River, Broad Creek. This set will be for other finfish and will be about 100 yards. The proposed set number is #PN202307.

Public comments about the proposed pound net set must be received prior to Sept. 18, 2023. If it is deemed necessary, the fisheries director may hold a public meeting after the comment period has ended to take additional public comment on the proposed pound net set.
