Charles R. Pelic, 97, of Ambridge, Pennsylvania, died September 3, 2023 in Spring Arbor of the Outer Banks, Kill Devil Hills. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held in 2024. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local animal shelter or Wounded Warrior Project.
