Dorothy Sue Kilgore Hilton, 74, of Elizabeth City, died September 11, 2023. She was born on March 17, 1949.

Graveside service will be held at Princess Anne Memorial Park Cemetery in Virginia Beach, Va.  at a date to be announced.
