Beth Floyd named Outer Banks Health’s Employee of the Month

Beth Floyd, police officer, has been named Employee of the Month for August 2023 at Outer Banks Health.

Floyd joined Outer Banks Health in June 2021. Since then, “she has consistently displayed compassion, accountability, kindness, teamwork, and safety,” noted the award announcement. “She exudes kindness and a willing attitude to assist in any way when she is rounding through the departments.

“Beth goes through her day with intention and optimism. She helps with any task and never hesitates when someone is in need of assistance,” the announcement continued. “She ensures the safety of our team members, patients, and visitors. Her dedication to safety improvement helps keep everyone on our team safe. Her ability to turn any problem into a solution is admirable and inspiring.”
