Virginia Ann Blazek Perva, of Hertford, died September 19, 2023 at Commonwealth Memory Care of Chesapeake. She was born on December 6, 1940, in Dearborn, Mich.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on September 25 at Twiford Memorial Chapel with visitation from 6–8 p.m. on September 24. Burial will be in New Hollywood Cemetery.
