Philip James Bracale Sr., 87, of Elizabeth City and formerly of Moyock, died October 9, 2023 at home. He was born in Hershey, Pa. on December 29, 1935 and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Burial will take place at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Va.
