William Raymond Withers Jr., 71, of Pompton Plains, NJ, died October 9, 2023 while vacationing on the Outer Banks. He was born February 27, 1952 in Mountainside, NJ and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Celebration of life will be held October 21 at the Pompton Plains Fire Station #1 starting at 2 p.m.
