Margaret D. “Peggy” Davenport, 90, of Manteo, died October 14, 2023. A native of Uhrichsville, Ohio, she was born April 11, 1933.

Celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on October 21 at Manteo Baptist Church. Viewing will begin at 10:30 a.m. Graveside committal will take place at Roanoke Island Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Manteo Baptist Church (PO Box 670, Manteo, NC 27954).
