Spring Arbor’s Lindsay Potter honored as top NC executive director

Lindsay Potter, executive director of Spring Arbor of Outer Banks, was honored by the North Carolina Assisted Living Association (NCALA) with the 2023 Community Leader Award, which recognizes the state’s top executive director in a senior living community.

The award was announced on October 4, 2023 at the NCALA 2023 Fall Conference in Winston Salem.

“Lindsay is a leader who has positively impacted the lives of a great many seniors and their loved ones in North Carolina,” said Greg Fox, president of Spring Arbor Senior Living. “On behalf of everyone at Spring Arbor Senior Living, we are so proud of Lindsay and thrilled that she received this well-deserved accolade. Lindsay truly embodies our mission to enable residents to live their life to the fullest.”

Potter has served as the executive director for Spring Arbor of Outer Banks for two years and first joined the community as resident care director in 2021. A registered nurse, she has a distinguished career in the healthcare and senior living sectors.

“I’m honored to have been recognized by the North Carolina Assisted Living Association,” said Potter. “I truly love serving our residents and couldn’t ask for a better team than the incredible people who work with me at Spring Arbor. This award is a reflection of our team’s dedication and compassionate care.”
