Stanley Chris Payne Jr., 56, of Manteo, died October 30, 2023 after a long battle with dementia. Chris was born in Portsmouth, Va. on April 22, 1967.
Memorial service will be held at Jarvisburg Church of Christ on November 11 at 11 a.m. with food and fellowship to follow.
