She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. Her dedication was known by many as a Sunday School teacher, a member of the United Methodist Women and also served at whatever capacity she was called upon.

She was involved in her community as well, serving on many committees. A 4-H leader was one that she was able to show her love of children. She was also often asked to cook collards and cornbread, a favorite of many. An amazing cook!

Mary Davis, known as Tibble to her friends and family, was loved by all. She dedicated her life to her loving husband of 73 years. They raised two children and had three grandchildren and three great grandchildren, who she loved dearly. Her family was her pride and joy.
