Ribbon cutting held for Outer Banks SPCA

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the Outer Banks SPCA on Tuesday, November 14in Manteo.
Jim Gilreath, chairman of the chamber board and attorney at Rose, Harrison, Gilreath & Powers, P.C., congratulated Bill Coleman on the new surgery suite and dog enrichment center. Laurie Amatucci, Outer Banks SPCA Board chair, cut the ribbon. “The Outer Banks SPCA’s goal is to save the lives of all healthy, treatable, and manageable dogs and cats in our community,” noted an Outer Banks Chamber release. “They strive to educate all potential adopters and implement progressive animal adoption programs in their ongoing effort to save lives.”
The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce serves Dare and Currituck counties and Ocracoke.
