If you’ve always wished you could play the piano or keyboard, or you learned a little in lessons in the past or maybe taught yourself a bit and want to play better, are invited to a Music for Life program set for every other Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. This is a bi-weekly class is for adults only and “will have you playing in no time.”
Classes are free and the next one will be held Tuesday, January 9.
Sponsored by the Twiford Community Enrichment Program, this adults-only class includes all materials and will help beginners and “almost-beginners” as well as those who play a little, but want to improve, to learn actual songs each week and be able to play confidently for friends and family. Each class is stand-alone, meaning if you can’t make a particular week, you won’t get behind.
Classes are held at the Twiford Funeral Homes learning center classroom, located at 500 Budleigh Street in Manteo. Registration is required to ensure space is available. Class size is limited.
Email with request for registration form to tripp.harrison@twifordfh.com or call 252-473-2449.
