Virginia Faith Vloedman was born May 17, 1954 and passed away peacefully November 5, 2023 at the age of 69. To many of her friends and family we all called her Ginny. Ginny was a devoted wife to Gary Michael Vloedman, being together for over 45 years. Ginny was a wonderful mother to Anna Marie Vloedman-Winslow, and an outstanding grandmother to Ethan Dallas Winslow and Faith Marie Winslow, who called her Nana. Her brother John Hutcherson and her sister Carolyn Hutcherson-Perry along with her nieces and nephews survive her.

In Ginny’s honor, we are holding a service to celebrate her life and come together to share memories and thoughts. The service will be held at the Outer Banks Baptist Church on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 10 a.m. All who knew Ginny are invited. We would be delighted if you would come and celebrate Ginny’s life with us.
