A celebration of life for Gail Kowalski, owner of Jewelry by Gail, has been set for Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity by the Sea in Nags Head.
A reception will immediately follow at Jennette’s Pier, also in Nags Head. Those who would like to attend the reception are asked to RSVP by February 9 to 252-441-5387.
