The N.C. Marine Fisheries Commission will meet in-person Feb. 21-23 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New Bern Riverfront, located at 100 Middle St. in New Bern. The meeting will also be livestreamed on YouTube.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on Wedsnesday, Feb. 21 and at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22 and Friday, Feb. 23. The commission will hold in-person public comment sessions at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21, and at 9 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 22.

To make public comment in person on Wednesday or Thursday, speakers must sign up. Time limit is three minutes. Bring 12 copies of any handout to the meeting.

To submit written comment, an online form is available at the Marine Fisheries Commission webpage; by mail to Marine Fisheries Commission Meeting Comments, P.O. Box 769, Morehead City, N.C. 28557 or dropped off at the Division of Marine Fisheries in Morehead City.

The deadline to submit written comments for this meeting is 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19.

The YouTube link will be posted on the Marine Fisheries Commission webpage. After the meeting, a recording will be posted online.
