Onic Margo Sawyer, 77, of East Lake, died February 13, 2024 at Currituck Health & Rehab Center in Barco. A native of East Lake, she was born June 7, 1946.

In keeping with Onic’s wishes, there will be no service. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
