Outer Banks Fraternal Order of Eagles 4506 celebrated with ribbon cutting ceremony

The Outer Banks Fraternal Order of Eagles 4506 reopened its doors recently with a celebratory ribbon cutting hosted by the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce.

Ed Snyder, president of Aerie 4506; Tracy Cambell, president of the Auxiliary; and George Beddo, president of the Eagle Riders; were joined by Chamber of Commerce members and excited Order of Eagles members to mark the occasion.

“The Fraternal Order of Eagles is an international non-profit organization that unites fraternally in the spirit of liberty, truth, justice, and equality to make human life more desirable by lessening the ills and promoting peace,” noted an Outer Banks Chamber news release.

The organization is accepting new members at their location in Nags Head and online at eaglesobx.org.

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce serves Dare and Currituck counties as well as Ocracoke.
