Francis Alexander Rowe, 96, born on March 17, 1927, in Littleton, died March 5, 2024 at home in Elizabeth City. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Funeral service will be held at Twiford Memorial Chapel at 1 p.m. on March 11 with burial with military honors and Masonic rites to be held at West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
