The Rodanthe-Waves-Salvo Civic Association is currently accepting scholarship applications through April 1, 2024.

Applicants must reside or be the dependent of a permanent resident of Rodanthe, Waves or Salvo. Graduating seniors and 2023 graduates are eligible to apply. Applicants can attend public, private or home school.

A two-year window for the scholarships is available to provide renewal the second year or single scholarships in the two-year period. An application and a brief interview required.

Scholarships are funded solely by donations and community fundraisers. There are no administrative fees.
