Jake was laid to rest at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Va. on March 19. The United States Navy conducted an Honorable service. Memorial donations may be made to Horton Wreath Society, P. O. Box 6246, Virginia Beach, VA 23456.
