Powells Point Baptist Church will host the Outer Banks Gospel Bluegrass Band on April 6, 2024 to raise money for Denise Marriner. All are invited to come out to support the fundraising effort, which will help with expenses for a vital lung transplant.

The concert begins at 6 p.m. There is no charge for admission, but an offering will be taken. A time of fellowship with desserts will follow.

“Please come and bring a friend to help this worthy cause,” invited event organizers.

The church is located at 8387 Caratoke Highway in Powells Point.

Donations may also be mailed to Powells Point Baptist Church, PO Box 328, Powells Point, NC 27966, for the Denise Marriner medical fund.
