Walton Julius Fulcher, 94, of Frisco, died April 1, 2024. A native of Buxton, he was born August 23, 1929. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Memorial service with military honors will be held at 2 p.m. on April 8 at Buxton United Methodist Church followed by a catered reception at the church. Memorial donations may be made to the Cape Hatteras United Methodist Men (PO Box 1591, Buxton, NC 27920, hatterasmethodistmen.org).
