Manteo High School trumpet player selected for NC Military Child Honor Band

Adianna Barbosa, a sophomore trumpet player at Manteo High School, was selected out of over 250 applicants to the State of NC Military Child Honor Band.

She traveled to Jacksonville last week, where she joined with other military children from around the state for a high school military child band clinic and honor band concert.

“Good luck Adianna!” stated MHS ahead of her performance.
