PHOTO GALLERY: Special surprise for Columbia High School seniors

On the rainy afternoon of Thursday, May 21, Columbia High School staff members surprised senior class members with a visit. They brought congratulatory yard signs along to recognize the achievements of the young men and women graduating from CHS in spring of 2020.

“I can’t say how appreciative and honored I am to work with all the CHS staff. To me, what’s more important than your content knowledge or your pedagogical delivery or excellence is your heart; our team has a genuine, loving and honest heart . . . and you can’t teach that,” CHS Principal William Ziegler said.

The senior yard delivery team included Ms. Liverman, Ms. Roughton, Ms. Corbin, Ms. J. Brickhouse, Ms. Biggs, Ms. Calderon, Ms. Arzate, Ms. Atkinson, Ms. Brooke and Superintendent Oliver Holley.
