Corolla man served with indecent exposure summons for Kitty Hawk incident

The Kitty Hawk Police Department announced Wednesday afternoon that Zane Codi Reynolds of Corolla was served today with a criminal summons for indecent exposure.

Reynolds was served for the incident that took place April 6 near the Lillian Street Beach Access. He is considered a suspect in the incident that took place April 5. “Charges for this incident are still pending further investigation with witnesses,” said a statement from the Kitty Hawk Police Department.
