Currituck Extension to hold adult seafood cooking class

The NC Cooperative Extension, Currituck will hold a class on February 27 from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. to explore ways to prepare local seafood. Participants will learn when different fish are caught and the best way to prepare them to bring out their unique flavors. Lunch and educational information along with all the recipes prepared are included in the class fee of $15.

Reserve your seat today by completing the class registration and payment at adultseafoodclass.eventbrite.com. Cash and check payments are accepted in addition to paying via credit card through Eventbrite. Make checks payable to NCSU. Checks and cash payments can be received at the Currituck Extension Office located at 120 Community Way in Barco prior to class.

Class size is limited and full registration, including payment, is required to hold a spot. If there are problems registering, call 252-232-2261.
