Nags Head Police Department seeks identity of person whose dog reportedly bit two people

The Nags Head Police Department is seeking information about a person described as a white female with blonde hair last seen the morning of Saturday, August 8 near the Bainbridge Street Beach Access in Nags Head walking what appeared to be a chow mix dog.
According to NHPD, the dog, who was on a long leash, reportedly bit two people who were nearby.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Nags Head Police Department at 252-441-6386.
