Gospel bluegrass concert set at Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church

Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church will present a gospel bluegrass concert on Thursday, October 1 at 7 p.m. featuring the Drummond Family and Friends.

The music will include solo and harmony vocals with a mixture of gospel and bluegrass styles.

Band members include Natalie Drummond on vocals, keyboard and mandolin; Sammy Mariner on vocals and guitar; Kevin Stroud on banjo; Isaac Drummond on upright bass, electric bass and vocals; and Pia Drummond on vocals. Both Isaac and Pia are students at First Flight High School.

The concert will be located in the parking lot of the church behind the Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church office. Admission is free and the concert is open to the public. “Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the music under the stars!”
