Maude Louraine Hoffler Brickhouse, 95, of Elizabeth City, died October 6, 2020 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation. She was born November 21, 1924 in Pasquotank County to the late Aubrey Wilson Hoffler and Minnie Morgan Hoffler and was the widow of Saint Elmo Brickhouse. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.

She is survived by daughters Jenny Tatum (Brownie) of Elizabeth City and Patsy Keeler (Stan) of Kitty Hawk; grandchildren Brandon Tatum, Summer Batts, Morgan Keeler and Maggie Keeler; and four great-grandchildren.

A graveside funeral service was held October 9 at New Hollywood Cemetery with the Rev. Jason Davis officiating.
