Vincent Maione, a sophomore at Manteo High School, is ringing the bell this season for the Salvation Army, as he has done for several years. Maione has also been taking a collection for seniors in assisted care and has a collection site at Food Lion located at MP 10.5 in Nags Head. He will deliver all items collected just prior to Christmas.
