Jennette’s Pier expands hours leading up to summer

The staff at Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head has announced that summer hours of operation are now in effect and are 6 a.m. to midnight daily.

“In general, fishing has been good as of late with catches of sea mullet, puppy drum, speckled trout, northern puffers and more. Check out our daily Fishing Report at www.jennettespier.net for more,” stated the release.

The pier’s family fishing class also starts back up in May and is held every Wednesday at 9 a.m. From June through August, this fishing 101 program is offered Monday through Friday at 9 a.m.

The pier is celebrating its 10th anniversary on May 21, 2021.
