Samuel Wayne Thornton, 93, of Plymouth, died May 11, 2021 at Rivertrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington.

Graveside service will be held May 15 at 2 p.m. at Hillside Memorial Gardens with Jim Howell officiating. Family will receive friends at the graveside following the service.
