Connie Carnes Kelly, 62, of Richmond, Va., died at her home in Avon on June 1, 2021. Connie was born on April 26, 1959 in Richmond. She was preceded in death by father David Felton Carnes (Delores).

She is survived by mother Lois Payne Archer (Sammy), companion Richard Collins; daughters Thena Michelle Smith (Randall); Amanda Dee Palmore; Jana Marie Daniel (Kyle), step-son Gregory Collins, grandchildren Kyla Palmore, Dylan Palmore, Austin Daniel, Trista Davis and Allie Smith and sister Donna Drake (Gerald).

There will be a celebration of life held at a later date in Chesterfield, Va.
