Jean Henley Berry, 88, of Wanchese, died June 13, 2021. Jean was born to Milton and Reba Henley on July 12, 1932.

Along with husband Stafford, she is survived by children Allen Berry (Sue) and Kristy Byers; grandchildren Jessica Ballance (Sam) and Matthew Scarborough (Gabby); and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by granddaughter Heather Lee Scarborough.

Jean’s homegoing service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on June 17 at Twiford Colony Chapel with Pastors Reggie Parker and Jerald Craddock officiating. Private burial will take place at Austin Cemetery in Kitty Hawk.
