Geoffrey W. Minter, 73, of Kill Devil Hills, died October 6, 2021 in Nags Head. Jeff was originally from Camden, NJ and lived at the beach since 1995.

Survivors include wife Barbara Minter. Jeff’s own directives for cremation will be honored and no services are planned.
