Clay Bertrand Foreman Jr., 88, died March 11 2022 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Bertie County on July 13, 1933.
He served in the US Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include sons Clay B. Foreman III (Sara), Paul Foreman (Cathy) and Gary Foreman (Natalie), seven grandchildren and many friends. He was predeceased by parents Clay Foreman Sr. and Erlien Newbern Foreman and wife Mary Ann.
A family-only graveside service on March 16 will be followed by a reception for all at 2 p.m., 1808 Rivershore Road, Elizabeth City. Donations may be made to The Northeastern High School FFA, 963 Oak Stump Road, Elizabeth City or the local 4-H.
