Members of Roanoke Island Volunteer Fire Department, Manns Harbor Fire Dept., Dare County EMS, NC Highway Patrol, Dare County Sheriff’s Office and Twiford Funeral Home participated in a mock wreck demonstration for Manteo High School on Tuesday morning, March 29. Although the incident was not real, several students portrayed the victims of a car wreck in a simulation of what can actually happen when people drink and drive.
