At the May 25, 2022 budget workshop, the Dare County’s Board of Commissioners discussed a change in the remaining schedule of 2022 meeting dates. The board decided to meet at 9 a.m. on the first Monday of each month, except for July and official Monday holidays. Regular mid-month meetings will not be held.

The board will vote on the change Monday, May 16, 2022. The dates are:

July 18, Aug. 1, Tuesday, Sept. 6, Oct.3, Nov. 7 and Dec. 5.
