Rodney Kenneth Barefoot, 62, of Manteo, died unexpectedly October 24, 2022.

Rodney was born on November 4, 1959, to Edward Barefoot and Mary Kathleen Barefoot in Elizabeth City.

Rodney was predeceased by his father and mother, as well as sister Kay Kight. Survivors include sister Cindy Eckert; son Kenneth Barefoot (Ashley); sons James Barefoot and Adam Barefoot, a granddaughter and other family members.

Celebration of life will be held at Poor Richard’s Sandwich Shop in Manteo on November 6 at 1 p.m.
