William Arthur Hall, 84, of Manteo, died February 19, 2023. He was born October 6, 1938, in Washington, DC.  He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Service will be held at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo on February 24 at 10 a.m. with burial with military honors to follow at 11 a.m. at Roanoke Island Memorial Gardens.
