Timothy Allen Meads, of Elizabeth City, died August 18, 2022 at his home. He was born May 7, 1954 to William Barkwell and Joanna Rose Meads.
Survivors include wife Sherry Lowry Meads, daughters Ivy Gibson (Ryan) and Anne Phelps (Brandon), a granddaughter and a soon-to-be grandson, mother Joanna Meads White siblings Donna (Wesley) White, Cliff White, Charles (Kathy) White, Barkwell (Nancy) Meads Jr., Becky (Wesley) Higgins, Bruce Meads and Linda Bateman and other family and friends.
He was predeceased by fathers William Barkwell Meads Sr. and Clifton Elwood White.
Memorial service will be held at Fountain of Life Church in Elizabeth City on August 24 at 3 p.m.
