Camden man arrested in Currituck County for financial card theft

According to the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office, James Lang Jr., 52, of Camden, was arrested Thursday, August 22 on charges related to use of a Visa card that did not belong to him.

Lang was charged with felony financial card theft (take/withhold/use without person’s consent), misdemeanor financial card fraud (obtain property) and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods or property.

Bond was set at $5,000 secured.
