Drug-related felony arrests reported by Dare County Sheriff’s Office

The Dare County Sheriff’s office has reported several felony arrests for drug-related charges made since last week.
DCSO has reported that on September 3, 2020 at approximately 12:27 a.m., an A-District deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding near milepost 4 and Highway 158 in Kitty Hawk. During the traffic stop, the deputy was given consent to search the vehicle. According to DCSO, during the search, the deputy located an THC cartridges, marijuana and a scale.
Isaac Obed Abrishami-Azar, 23, of Merrifield, Va., was arrested and charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. Abrishami-Azar was released on a $5,000 secured bond.
DCSO also reported that on September 4, 2020 at approximately 11 p.m., an A-District deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the 1000 block of Colington Rd., Colington. During the traffic stop, a Kill Devil Hills K-9 reportedly alerted to the presence of an illegal controlled substance. During the search of the vehicle, an amount of cocaine and drug paraphernalia were located and seized, according to DCSO.
Michael William Capizzi, 60, of Colington, was arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine and was released on a $20,000 secured bond.
In another case reported by DCSO, on September 7, 2020 at approximately 11:46 p.m., a B-District deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of William and Mary Way and Highway 64 on Roanoke Island. During the traffic stop, a DCSO K-9 reportedly alerted on the vehicle for the presence of an illegal controlled substance. According to DCSO, during the search of the vehicle, an amount of cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana, U.S. currency, a digital scale, a Remington .22 caliber rifle with defaced serial number and a box .22 caliber of bullets were located and seized.
Raleigh Recardo Jennings, 33, Plymouth, was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony possession of a firearm with altered serial number, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Jennings is being held under a $15,000 secured bond.
Tobias Latrell Clagon, 31, Plymouth, was charged with felony felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony possession of a firearm with altered serial number, felony possession of firearm by felon and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Clagon is being held under a $15,000 secured bond.
Baron James Pedreira, 29, Plymouth, was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, felony possession of a firearm with altered serial number and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Pedreira is being held under a $10,000 secured bond.
