Barco – Sandra D. Dandy, 69, died July 10, 2020 of complications due to cancer at Currituck Health & Rehab. Sandra was a caring friend, a kind family member and a hard working protector of the animals.

According to her wishes, she is being cremated and her ashes will be scattered in West Virginia at a later date.
