Jennifer Lynn Forest, 40, died in her home in Manteo on August 15, 2020. Jennifer was born in Williston, North Dakota to Connie J. Forest of Jarvisburg and Michael D. Forest of Peerless, Montana.

In addition to her parents, Jennifer is survived by sons Larry Dale Carter III of Virginia Beach, Va., Malachi Eugene Moore of Poplar Branch, Timothy Lee “Deuce” Williams Jr., also of Poplar Branch, and Eric Edward Eagleson III, of East Canton, Ohio; aunts Rosann Elvsaas (Donn), Jackie Grainger (Gary) and Judy Strauser; uncle Woody Johnson (Janice) of Poplar, Montana and many extended family members and friends.

Jennifer’s memorial service will be held at Powell’s Point Christian Church in Harbinger (197 Church Rd.)  at 1 p.m. August 20, 2020. Family and friends will share refreshments in the fellowship hall following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Powell’s Point Christian Church to assist with the final arrangements.
