Stephanie Ann Cox, 51, died March 31, 2019. She was born in Ft. Bragg on April 27, 1967.

She is survived by daughter Tharis Briel Hill; mother Colleen Herring and husband Scott; father James Cox; husband David Hatcher; and her beloved dog. She also leaves behind many friends and loved ones.

Stephanie lived most of her live on the Outer Banks where she made countless friends and live a happy and comfortable life.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Friday, April 5, at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel.
