Harriett “Halli” Blanch Munden Hooper, 77, of Manns Harbor died April 9, 2019. Born in Pasquotank County on July 30, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Thelma Horner and Bertrand Munden.

Survivors include son Sean and his wife Angie of Manteo; granddaughter Jeni Hooper; brother Fentrus Munden; niece Selma Julina; and boyfriend Ricky Albert Bowman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers George Bertrand Munden and James Henry Munden.

In keeping with Halli’s wishes, there will be no service at this time.
